We organize capital, own and manage fleet assets, and operate within Tesla’s autonomous ecosystem.
Tesla builds the vehicles, autonomous technology, network, and operating standards. CyberFleet is building the capital, ownership structure, fleet management systems, investor infrastructure, and intelligence needed to participate professionally in that ecosystem.
Structured acquisition and ownership of Cybercab fleet assets through disciplined, investor-aligned holding entities.
Operational oversight, performance monitoring, reporting, and asset-management systems designed for commercial Cybercab deployment.
Building investor relationships and financing pathways so CyberFleet is ready to deploy capital when commercial access opens.
Ongoing monitoring of Tesla developments, regulation, and market signals, with facts clearly separated from assumptions.
Internal systems for readiness tracking, investor reporting, and scalable fleet operations as CyberFleet grows.
Long-term preparation for enterprise mobility and potential Tesla-compliant infrastructure opportunities as the ecosystem evolves..
CyberFleet is using this early market window to build the company, organize capital, monitor Tesla, and prepare to execute when Tesla’s commercial framework supports third-party fleet participation.
Establish the corporate, financial, legal, and operational foundation now.
Build investor and financing relationships before fleet acquisition becomes urgent.
Track confirmed developments, regulatory changes, and commercial fleet requirements as they emerge.
Maintain the flexibility to move quickly once Tesla defines the rules, economics, and access requirements.
CyberFleet is being built around what Tesla actually confirms, not around predictions about how the ecosystem might operate. We prepare broadly, update our assumptions as facts emerge, and deploy capital only when the commercial framework supports the decision.
Build around Tesla's confirmed commercial framework and operating standards.
Deploy capital when economics and requirements are sufficiently understood.
Clearly communicate what is confirmed, what is assumed, and what remains unknown.
Time-stamp, source, classify, and update material information as conditions change.
Design systems that can adapt quickly as Tesla defines or changes requirements.
Build the management and reporting infrastructure needed to grow from Fleet One to larger portfolios.
Our advantage is not predicting Tesla better. It is being better prepared to respond when Tesla defines the rules.
Fleet One is CyberFleet's planned first commercial deployment: a professionally financed and managed fleet of 10 Tesla Cybercabs. Its purpose is to establish the company's initial operating model, validate economics, build investor reporting discipline, and create the foundation for future expansion.
Validate revenue, utilization, operating costs, and fleet-level performance across the first 10 Cybercabs.
Establish repeatable systems for deployment, monitoring, readiness, and asset oversight within Tesla’s commercial framework.
Create disciplined reporting standards so investors can track performance, milestones, and expansion readiness.
Align CyberFleet’s operating model with Tesla’s commercial requirements, network structure, and future fleet protocols.
Use Fleet One as the operational base from which CyberFleet can scale into larger fleet holdings.
Fleet One is the operational bridge between CyberFleet’s strategy and commercial execution.

CyberFleet controls preparation. Tesla controls the commercial framework.
CyberFleet is developing relationships across the capital spectrum so Fleet One can be funded when commercial Cybercab purchasing becomes available. The objective is to organize investor interest, financing relationships, and future capital structures before deployment decisions become time-sensitive.
Capital organized, relationships built, infrastructure ready
Capital deployed when Tesla's commercial framework opens
Capital readiness is not the same as raising money today. CyberFleet is building the relationships and infrastructure needed to act when the commercial opportunity becomes actionable.

Airport, hotel, and office transfers.
Reserved Cybercab fleet access.
Recurring pickup and drop-off service.
CyberFleet is preparing the enterprise model now so it can move quickly if Tesla enables these commercial use cases.
